3 Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 3k vip. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be cancelled and winnings generated from bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3k vip account credentials. Withdrawal requests on 3k vip are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect members. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are completed within 3 minutes during normal operating hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active will cancel the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 3k vip reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while wagering, or using automated software.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only and are credited every Monday for the previous week's activity.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 3k vip are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as well as the general betting rules set out here. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 3k vip. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if there is a clear pricing error. Voided bets are refunded to your wallet at the original stake.

Cricket matches that are abandoned due to weather or other external factors will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and fishing games on 3k vip use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the player or by 3k vip. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded and your balance updated accordingly.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations are resolved.
